Physics Practical

3x1) 1-i ensured that the jockey did not scrap the potentiometer but gently touch it.  2-i ensured that the zero error of the ammeter & voltmeter are taken into consideration.

3aiii)Io=0.0A, Vo=2.8v,   3iv) & (3v) when OP=10cm,I=3.0A,V=0.7V.

 3vi)OP=20cm,I=2.8A,V=0.8V. OP=30cm,I=2.5A,V=0.9V. OP=40cm, I=2.3A,V=1.0V.  OP=50cm,I=2.1A,V=1.1V,OP=60cm,I=1.9A,V=1.2V

3bii) E=2v, r=1ohms, R=9ohms. I=E/(R+r)=2/(9+1)=2/10=0.2A. potential drop=E-V=Ir=(0.2x1)v=0.2v

3bi)a- lead accumulator can be recharged while a dry leclanche cell cannot. 2-lead accumulator has a higher electromotive force than a dry leclanche
